      The leadership team is very supportive and seem dedicated to making Guardian a great place to work Good pay and benefits An opportunity to make a difference in people's lives

      Cons

      The company recently went through a lot of change: new ownership, new leadership, new policies, etc. While the changes made have all been positive, it's still challenging to deal with so much change at once.

      Guardian is growing a strong culture, the people that work there are fantastic.

      Cons

      Alaska is incredibly remote and it can be challenging to travel around the state.

      You will be compensated for the work you perform and fairly

      Cons

      They are wildly lacking in growth and opportunity. At the our location we are not even allowed to do our own maintenance documentation while performing work. Very disorganized in daily processes with poor communication. You just show up and find something to work on.
