      7 on 7 off schedule leaves lots of room for living a life outside of work. Good place to learn how to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment. Decent health and vision benefits

      Cons

      Perpetual understaffing, very frequent policy changes, upper management's lack of connection to entry level employees. Low pay for the workload

      Guardian is growing a strong culture, the people that work there are fantastic.

      Cons

      Alaska is incredibly remote and it can be challenging to travel around the state.

      You will be compensated for the work you perform and fairly

      Cons

      They are wildly lacking in growth and opportunity. At the our location we are not even allowed to do our own maintenance documentation while performing work. Very disorganized in daily processes with poor communication. You just show up and find something to work on.
