Plenty of hours, good pay, good benefits (though each year they get worse).
Cons
Management, management, corporate, and on call,. This company’s management are some of the worst. The average life of a branch manager is 3 years and a service manager is 2. The breadwinners of the company are seen as expendable and corporate management does what they can to squeeze every bit of money if that means pay reductions. I was there when we received 2 pay cuts on Christmas. Now that this company bought out its competitor, it feels more like working for a Walmart than a petroleum company.
