      (1) Team Dynamic - strong company culture that harnesses the power of the individual into the team spirit. (2) Professionalism - demanded of all staff from general staff to upper management and even clients. (3) Advancement - lots of opportunities for growth and advancement in a multitude of directions.

      Cons

      While GPF is a corporation, there is still a “small business feel”, which has its challenges.

      GPF is a small private security company filled with ambitious professionals. There are lots of opportunities, all contingent on how hard you're willing to work and what you're willing to put in.
