Friendly family atmosphere. Everybody works together yet competitive enough to keep you motivated. Great compensation for those who are looking to get ahead and work for it. Owners are on the floor working with us all the time.
Cons
You have to want to work hard to succeed. If you don't know your stuff, they'll let you go. Work can get repetitive.
