Pros
I worked for GuateCall for 4 years. I learned so much throughout that time. They treated me like family and invested so much time in my personal growth. Made some great friends while working there. I appreciate the time that I spent there and would definitely recommend this workplace to anyone.
Cons
It's not a regular customer service contact center. Some months my earnings would drop, but others they would skyrocket. The people that make the money are the ones that set their minds to it. Gotta stay on top of your game if you want to succeed here.
