      Pros

      Flexable schedule. Can work from home ONE day a week but they prefer you onsite.

      Cons

      Not that great a place to work. They do not value good employees. They want you to wear multiple hats and do at least two if not three jobs at one time and not pay you what they should for it.

      -Great pto -decent benefits and comp

      Cons

      -misalignment in everyday HQ to the US -lack of interest in growing a presence in the market to be known and refuse to put the resources in to do so -constant restructuring -poor leadership and direction from SLT -constant organizational hiccups with growth initiatives but yet have no clue how to successfully do so
