There is a lot of knowledge and experience in the team and team members help each other and share their knowledge. There is strong leadership at the company and the business is growing fast. As a software developer you are given a lot of ownership and responsibility. You are expected to push to production pretty much on your first day. The team is very diverse, with members working remotely from various countries, especially in the software development team.
