Pros

I have found the previous reviews to be completely inconsistent with my experience at GuestVision thus far. Everyone I work with is really positive and happy to be working here, and very welcoming to new hires. I feel like I'm a part of a great team. I've never heard the CEO shout, and I honestly I can't even imagine it. I've had plenty of interaction with him, and actually feel that my input has been valued despite the fact that I've worked here less than a year. The product itself is solid, and I can stand behind it with confidence, which is important to me. I am compensated fairly, benefits are good for a smaller company, and I get to work from home. I feel that there will be a lot of room to grow along with the company, and definitely plan on sticking around.

Cons

It can be challenging at times learning/working remotely if you are used to being in an office environment. You can't be afraid to ask questions and chat or call someone if you need help. You'll be as successful as you choose to be. Don't expect hand-holding unless you ask for it, in which case it's available as everyone on the team is friendly and helfpul.

Pros

Relaxed working environment, people are very nice, ability to work from home or remotely, free snacks, free lunch on Wednesdays, easy interview

Cons

Very few people stay here for more than a few months, it is very apparent that the company has no real direction, the turnover is ridiculously high, pay is low, people are constantly nervous about losing their jobs for no apparent reason, no interest in improving the product or modernizing
