Pros
Flexible work schedules that allow for every other Friday off. Catering on site for breakfast and lunch. There is a parking garage and it's in a great location.
Cons
Lots of people have been at guidestone for a very long time, so processes are outdated because no one wants to change. Some coworkers are extremely religious (although this is to be expected), but it can get in the way of hiring competent people. Advancement is more based on length of employment than on ability.
