Pros
A lot of employees have been at Guidebook for a long time, and you can feel that in the culture. Everyone seems to really care about customers and their success, and nobody takes themselves too seriously.
Cons
It's a small company (about 50 employees) and we're trying to do a lot - sometimes that can mean people get stretched at certain times in the year, but the work life balance available does counter that.
