some of the Pros for working at Guin is the flexibility as leadership understands it's employees have lives outside of Guin and they trust their employees to get their jobs done instead of micromanaging every second of the work day. Amazing culture, employees are encouraged to use their voices. Guin also empowers it's employees to create their own career path and enables its employees to move through departments.

i don't have any cons

Guin is a very small team so there is a lot of commradery. I would say pay and benefits are above industry standard and the work/life balance is FAR above industry standard. I strongly doubt you will find another company that allows you to balance your personal life like Guin does.

The company restructured a few times while I was there so the turnover was challenging for morale at times.
