Pros

Great place for someone who plans on getting experience & leaving to get a real opportunity. Great employees over a certain age who have a hard time finding work.

Cons

*Outdated equipment, systems & policies. *Horrible office culture... (No fun holiday parties or corporate events) (Low moral and miserable coworkers) (Boring work environment where hours feel like days) *The building is old & always under construction. (No views or windows, cubicles feel like prison.) (Horrible parking, have to fight for spots.) The company does not care about employees. (Organization focuses on profits & will allow a department to remain understaffed & employees overworked) *Flat Organization - No opportunity for growth *Low Salaries/ No merit increases *Horrible work/life balance (No ability to work from home and long office hours) *No training & development None of the "extras" that come with working in O&G. This company is cheap & gives us the bare minimum.

Pros

Was an excellent company to work for salary was competeive, benefits were expensive but very good. Mid-level Management allowed you to do your job without micromanaging you.

Cons

It all came to a stop when GME got their 1st qtr losses 2015 and the Stockholders were not happy. This came at the drivers expense with very substantial paycuts. Many of us had to leave, including myself. I went from 80K+ plus a year to under 60k and had to work more hours to get the 60K. Not all companys had this type of cuts when oil prices dropped. I'm now working for one of them.
