Pros

Prior to 2016, the company medical benefits (PPO) were good, though employee cost had been rising for the past decade. People you work with everyday are great. Cons

In 2016, company changed to PHA plan and now a high deductible plan is the only choice. I was there 27 years and they treated me like crap. They had managers walking employees out the gate, only to have the manager return, and they in turn were walked out the gate. Management has no clue what they are doing and will not listen to those who have insight. Incompetent, capitalist management at its best...

Cons

Big corporate politics at times. Some people just love to point fingers. Rules that are very excessive due to incompetence, instead of just firing morons.
