Pros

with the expansion of new facilities and new model aircraft being built it is easy to see that the company is doing well and there is a lot of growth happening within the company and to its bottom line with yet again another "profit year" the health care is low to mid-tier. but they match up to 6% on your 401k. and there is tuition assistance if you're lucky enough to work in an area that doesn't demand too much of your time to actually be able to attend. the best option would be nights or weekends for that route.

Cons

there has been some restructure in pay to certain position however, there are still many underpaid employees and departments who struggle to retain qualified people. in the past 3 years the experience level has dropped significantly. most opting to leave to other airlines that pay better or have better path to growth even if it means longer commutes. in the past year with the new time management system, you get the feeling you are being micromanaged and constantly working against the clock. in short, the corporate bureaucracy has crippled the overall relaxed environment constantly pushing for more production and higher numbers at the cost of the employees' wages, time and general enjoyment of their craft.

Pros

-Work in an air conditioned hangar! -All the tools and support needed to do the job -Excellent training available -Good safety culture -Fairly easy work -Lots of opportunities to grow

Cons

Big corporate politics at times. Some people just love to point fingers. Rules that are very excessive due to incompetence, instead of just firing morons.

Pros

Rather decent front loaded time off. 4 day work weeks. A pretty decent off shift incentive.

Cons

Management does not care about their people. They are so far removed from what’s going on on the floor and too focused on passing the buck to someone else for their screw ups. People are placed in positions they should not be in simply because they know someone or they kiss up to someone. The people on the floor have very little fixed wing experience yet act as if they know everything. The only path they create for people to move up is A&P and even then they just want you to stay a mechanic. They neglect to realize that people stay with a company for the culture as well as leave because of it.
