Their terrible behavior goes unchecked and reinforced over the years. Instead of correcting it, they just have revolving door positions for the assistants. Lack of respect and regards towards support staff. So much gossip, favoritism and conniving between the female shareholders and HR. Some of the attorneys are great people but the bad ones ruin it for everybody. If you have a high degree of self respect then be careful with the department you end up with.
