Pros
Friendly Co-workers (both kitchen and servers), Great atmosphere when everyone is on point with their tasks, good pay for what it is. You get 80 hours of training and then you become a server and get tips.
Pay is $9.00 plus tip. Although you can always ask for a raise every six months.
Easy to get promoted to supervisor if you work hard and are more experienced. Supervisors Joemart, Michaela, Kevin, and Michael were the best supervisors ever. Listened to my issues and also acknowledged my hard work.
Flexible Hours. Some employees could even work one day a week if they wanted. It's pretty easy to find shift covers.
Overall, I loved working here.
Cons
Understaffed most of the time but it is manageable if you are working with more experienced servers.
There are favorites and you should try to be on everyone's good side or you'll be doing everyone's side work.
The Owner always refers you to his assistant manager James. If I ever had a question, the answer would always be "Ask James". It is best to ask the supervisors if you have a small issue such as scheduling etc.
