I've enjoyed that I can work directly with everyone. There is a lot of communication so I am always in the loop about any work or requests that someone may have.

I do not have any pressing cons at this time. Any questions I have are quickly resolved.

They pay their sub contractors peanuts. And expect the managers to convince them to do the work for sub par pay. On call 6 days a week while working like 60 hours. No room for advancement. Low pay, long hours, use your own vehicle with minimal compensation. Start up with no clue
