Pros
There were some nice people
Cons
This is an MLM.
They make promises that sound nice, but they go nowhere. You have no base pay. I lost money starting this job and was never paid, despite making sales - for even those who have worked there for a while, income is unstable. I also worked more than 10 hours a day for 6 days a week.
The upper level hierarchy all instruct you how to act based on guides of how to deal with people; it's creepy stuff, and by the time I left, I realized that the positive attitude they had to my face hid nasty stuff they said about me behind my back.
The lesson I learned is, look beyond the promises a company makes and think critically about the job and company structure. H Acquisitions is an MLM pure and simple: the more people you recruit, the more money you make, and most people dont stay because they eventually realize this isnt a real job, it's sales tied up in lies and promises and no real consistent pay.
The smart thing to do is be humble: don't fall for overblown hopes of upward movement and "starting your own business" and making lots of money and everything is positive and nothing goes wrong. Just get a real part-time or full-time job. At least then you can actually make a consistent income.
