      Some good management, great co workers, plenty of breaks

      Cons

      Most of the good management leaves regularly. Very many angry customers, more then you can imagine. And angry and things you didn't think anyone would get angry about.

      People oriented company that cares about customers and employees. Great benefits including health insurance, discounts on own brand groceries, and vacation time.

      Cons

      Work life balance is abysmal the moment you become salary. Expected to work 50+ hours. Company cares more about employees than managers, which causes the managers to take frustrations out on their employees.
