      Pros

      Decent benefits for full time, discount on all HEB related products, better than minimum wage, full 40 hours if you are full time.

      Cons

      Depending on the store, managers can change and shift, managers can be unhelpful and ignore requests, full time means completely open availability so they can schedule you whenever and you have no stability unless you are part time. If you are part time, you can't get health insurance or PTO.

      People oriented company that cares about customers and employees. Great benefits including health insurance, discounts on own brand groceries, and vacation time.

      Cons

      Work life balance is abysmal the moment you become salary. Expected to work 50+ hours. Company cares more about employees than managers, which causes the managers to take frustrations out on their employees.
