Pros
Nice cars to look at as there is not much opportunity to drive them. Some of the showroom staff can be helpful - all very knowledgeable.
Cons
Very poor management. Very poor internal communication particularly with departments such as marketing and training. Lack of training (upon joining, you are given 1.5 hrs training on their CRM system). Very little product training given so you must know your cars very well regardless of what they tell you at interview. Very small office with only 4 small and flimsy desks, which had to be shared by a team of 8.
