Pros

Fun clients to work with Good office location Some really talented employees (who leave very quickly when they realize what a mess this place is, while the not so great ones stick around and continue to do subpar work)

Cons

Incredibly cheap, won't hire a secretary, so lower level employees are asked to Space is way too small, the kitchen is a hallway and there's no designated area to eat lunch Cliches: clear that workers talk about you behind your back (for both fellow employees and their clients) Overbearing management about tedious things, while big picture things (like understanding the media they're pitching or making sure a business plan is well-thought-out is disregarded) High turn-over PR firm, but no sense of digital media for their own brand Very disconnected from Stressful work environment No clear direction A lot of unprofessional behavior toward other employees

Pros

Having worked at other boutique PR firms in that past, I can say with complete confidence that H3O is one of the best agencies out there. Its management has assembled a team of truly talented and deeply kind professionals who actively care about their clients and the success of the company. In my view, H3O's sense of trust and confidence in its employees sets it apart from any other agency. This trust translates into incredible education and growth opportunities for those who demonstrate a commitment to and enthusiasm for their work. H3O's emphasis on analytics provides its team members with the knowledge and skills they need to best advise and serve their clients. In my view, both the consumer and enterprise teams at H3O are filled with brilliant people who accomplish amazing things for their clients on a daily basis. I am so grateful to have worked alongside some of the most talented members of the H3O team and consider myself lucky to be one of them!

Cons

No cons unique to H3O! Working at a PR firm means juggling multiple (sometimes demanding and stressful) clients at one time, but that's just part of the job description.
