      Pros

      A lot of people have been working there for 20+ years, good solid culture They like to promote people internally mostly because the products are quite complicated and take time to learn (this is a con as well)

      Cons

      -Owned by a French company who doesn't think long term at times and wants to save now. This is causing some issues in the company.
