Pros
The partner puts a lot of trust in his employees, great mentor and approachable. No micromanaging however there is the expectation to make a lot of calls and collect over $90k in a quarter which is easy to do. Potential to make good money. The amount of skills acquired can open so many doors in the future.
Cons
Repetitive work but that’s normal for legal collections.
