None at this point. Shameful, considering what it once was.

Everything really. Low salaries with the forever promise of you will get the raise don't worry. Management is very tight knit, no flexibility to include outside experts, while none in management really knows what to do. The old click of people have high tolerance from the management while creating a toxic environment, mainly cause they were expected to work and not someone else to pick up their slack like before.

Very kind and polite people are being gathered.
