good - Manager HB Consultants Employee Review

Work is interesting. Very small team so its easy to know everyone. Not much more other than what is mentioned about this company in the 'Cons'.

Terrible management. The chairman runs the company so poorly that it encourages very untrustworthy managers who will take advantage of their reports.

HB recruits fresh graduates and Try to train them before giving an assignment

Salary is not good. there is no job satisfaction. Does not give salary on time. Even After 4months of leaving the job i am yet to get my due salary. Finally the management does not behave properly with the employees. Does not provide any benefits to the employees and the owner takes away all the profit for himself
