Supervisors and therapy staff members are supportive and fun to work with. Flexible scheduling, good compensation for prn work and the cafeteria food is a good which is a perk.

a lot of turn over and staffing issues with other departments that did play an effect on therapy staff having to step in to help support other healthcare professionals but therapy supervisors were very supportive and understanding of these hurdles at times that effected productivity.

It’s actually a great place to work. Don’t really have anything bad to say training was really good.

Management/scheduling was horrible. You pretty much get what you get and they don’t like to work with you. You put in one schedule and they give you something completely different.
