      Nancy Beesley, President, is the shining star and cultural beacon of this org. She's the saving grace of this company, protecting the team while cultivating deep client relationships and trust.

      Cons

      Kerry Hilton is an unscrupulous leader. It's disappointing in this day and age to have such misogyny, greed and deceptiveness at the top of an organization. Avoid working at this company if you want a role filled with purpose and integrity.

      Pros

      Honestly all the people here are gems they are considerate of each others time and trust each other to develop solid campaigns. As a person of color I really appreciated how welcoming the team was with my ideas and really felt included and seen in every kick off/ brainstorm.

      Cons

      none really that I can name unfortunately agency life entails being beholden to changing of the guard when it comes to clients and that can lead to layoffs otherwise no cons
