Was rebadged to HCL from another company. HCL paid pretty well while the other company was paying the tab.
Cons
Totally lied about keeping rebadged employees. After one year 65% of rebadged employees were let go. During discussions prior to the rebadge they claimed not to keep track of retention after the first year. Straight up lie. They have a formal "Year 2" program where they have targets for how many people to fire. In addition, all decisions are made by upper management. But they never actually make a decision. They just attend meetings all the time and wait for a crisis to occur before they do anything. Not really interested in the success of the client or not. Their approach is just to sign these companies on, get them locked in, and make it difficult for them to switch. They hire incompetent people to replace the talent they brought on board. You will be replaced by 2-3 low skilled overseas labor after the first year.
