Goal setting and ratings done by RM with discussions.

Cons

Bell curve is being applied within each capability unit, where the final rating is pushed down for many. Organization bonus is never paid for 100% except top 1 rating, that cover 10% of employees that is not fair.

Pros

Grew a lot at this job. They helped train me and build my skillset. There are lots of different projects to work on that are available.

Cons

Pay is low. Still receiving apprentice pay despite increased responsibilities and skills 4 years later. Getting paid to deliver products on a salary that paid for me to read books and do tests.
