      Work pressure is less and you get enough time ro upskill

      Cons

      Technical growth is very less. You wont get anything else apart from your salary. Like no, team outing, no diwali gifts or any other bonus You will feel stuck after sone time as you will be doing monotonous work. Appraisal is ver less. Slow promotion
