Work life balance Flexibility - time, work and many other things Good company to stay back and retire If doing good job nothing to worry, management is quite adaptive Work environment is better comparatively
Cons
Salary - very low comparative to market though situation is same in all services companies if stay is longer HR - Accessible only during joining and leaving, it was not the case during Mr. Nayar Policies - Not so employee friendly, written only in the interest of company, again it was better during Mr. Nayar Opportunities are lot but accessibility platform is nowhere, means lots of onsite and good development projects but only chosen one can access
