      Pros

      Decent 3.3k salary for fresh grad. Get to do nothing and still get money??! That's incredibly awesome! If you are retiring.

      Cons

      Just a pawn to override local govt policy to prevent them from hiring all cheap foreign labour. You are just there as a local head count. They just need to prove that you are there.
