      You get lot of oppurtunities to perform and get complete freedom to implement your ideas. Job Sequrity is also there and you get perfect work life balance.

      Cons

      HCL Comnet is not Best Salary Payer. Need to review the compensation structure. There should be some minimum salary structure based on the Employees Band.
