      The quality people are mostly at the end of their careers

      Cons

      So many. The most appalling is the old guard abusive Indian leadership to Americans. This Leadership is even more abusive to the younger Indians. If Shiv Nadar, the Chairman, understood the the culture, he would be ashamed that he started the company. What a destructive legacy to leave this world. So sad. Zero diversity.
