      no pros if your manager agrees u can work from home ( my manager didn't) Only work life balance as seldom u will get work so its like life n life balance.

      Cons

      I don't want to start on this. I f u can save yourself from joining this company than please don't join rather join a start up, there u would atleast learn something.
