      Flexi hours, job security, no ownership of work in short a heaven dumb heads

      Cons

      If you are good in technical skills and subject matter expert. They will load you all the work like you are the only person doing that project and Rest of your team will enjoy sip of coffee watching you doing all. Its like government sector even a guy join as pion, will become a manager some day anyway by flattering to seniors.
