1. Provides continuous learning and gives opportunity to work on latest technologies 2. Takes care of employees with just not compensation but also with other benefit schemes depending on market situation 3. Has job rotation has a policy and has a goal for job rotation for each team and this is being tracked at the highest level 4. The CEO has really made the visibile difference to the company and he is the biggest PRO for this organisation

1. In the past there was lack of visibility of significant achievements of the company to the employees which led to dissatisfaction with certain set of employees.
