      Pros

      Safe place to work. Best place for woman to balance personal life and work. Senior management is very transparent. If lucky, will get good projects. Employee first policy. Never fire the people from company.

      Cons

      No salary hike untill got offer in another company. then only ask about our concerns. Need to do managers work. excel sheet, auditing etc.. Politics in project.
