Varied options so that you dont end up constrained having 1 skill set Lot depends on the group that you are part of and the reporting manager I was never benched
Cons
Steep hierarchy level makes it immense difficult to reach the top Lack of matured process - I dont find much interdependency between apprasial, rating, promotion, tile and CTC Hike is very less. Dont expect more than 3-4% annually. The hike percentage remain the same even if you get a promotion
