Pros

We got to keep our salary and benefits for a time after being outsourced to HCL

Cons

Terrible communication. Terrible direction. They don't care about employees they are assuming from a customer company to continue to run the business. Their systems for employees are setup poorly and don't work half the time. There is NO ORG CHART given to employees for help and something isn't working. They reported I never worked for them (did so for 18 months) to unemployment which delayed my benefits 4 months after being laid off. Those are just to highlights.

Pros

nothing, really, nothing appears to be functioning in this organization from onboarding over working, billing, offboarding

Cons

I have not been paid for my work after almost 90 days now. There is no formal explanation or refusal, but they are just sitting it out it appears, pocketing the money that has been paid on my behalf by the client.
