Pros
HCL is a great starter for new graduates and goes through a 6 month training program for Software Developers (atleast from what I went through). The training work is pretty easy overall as long as you focus and have a general/base understanding of programming. At the end of training a project is required for you to finish with your fellow trainees .After finishing the training, you are then allocated to different projects for different companies which gives you real experience. 7 Days off per year for federal holidays and also 3 days "floating" holidays where you can choose any 3 days off for that annual year. Average benefits to choose from: Dental/Medical/401k/Etc
Cons
Very unorganized from the time of training to even projects that you are allocated to. Leads to frustration and a lack of knowing what to do a solid 50% of the time. Higher managers are extremely rude and ready to disregard you at any given point that doesn't fit their agenda. Gaining PTO is slow compared to other companies. 1 full year of working barely gets you 10 days of accrued PTO.
