- good perks like work from home allowance, travel allowance, phone internet reimbursement
Cons
- even with best rating and feedbacks there is no promotion for onsite people so -you will stay at the same hierarchy level from the day you joined to the last day of your tenure at HCL. - HR never responds to employee - No point of getting great feedback from clients as during appraisals all you get is good rating with no increase in compensation or promotion
