      Pros

      Projects are mostly good - new technologies, mostly good peers, lot of people with competence on niche areas.

      Cons

      Management is poor. There is motivation on paper, certificates for good work, email messages but absolutely no growth either in salary or vertical. False promises by management is common but nothing happens. Management is not at all transparent and people with high years of exp. within HCL occupies the top layers with absolutely no credibility.
