I have got opportunity to begin my career here. So thanks for that. I have suggested a lot of automation ideas all of which was wasted and not considered by seniors and leads. So I'm sad HCL is going to loose its good employees if this is not fixed.
Cons
However I have worked like crazy but got marked as a general category like all my teammates. My hardwork was not appreciated. Though I was promoted to DEVOPS team where I worked as a Admin level L2 support. I carried out day to day operations. Building tool on requirements. Provided on call escalated support. Made documents for Root cause Analysis. Raised Change and Problem tickets in ServiceNOW. So HCL can be a good start but definitely it's a favourite place for retarded people who don't want to grow and keep on doing same thing again and again.
