Pros

I can’t really think of many positives aside from the fact that I had a job so there’s that I guess

Cons

From the get-go, when our company was re-badged from one employer to this company, we were promised that our new contract was not going to be on a yearly basis and that we would not lose our jobs after a year. Now here we are year later and they are telling us that the whole department is going offshore, and they will try to find a place for us elsewhere the company on a different account. But if they don’t find a place for us, we will be let go. There were so many meetings in town Hall promising that this would not happen down the road. It was all a lie. Management and HR are by no means transparent, and I very very sneaky with all of the moves that they make.

Pros

Data Center Exposure Free lunch in cafeteria at Mesa location Can have a lot of downtime Not aggressively tracking you on everything Job is not difficult

Cons

no free lunch for other locations in valley Pay could be better Only contracted to work with the data center company, HCLTech could potentially lose the contract not directly employed by data center company. No benefits if working through an agency, only paid holidays if direct HCL. Management is a bit scattered.
