Local organisation outsource jobs to HCL. These HCL Employees deployed at local clients will be treated with no respect nor will be given a KT to perform in their job. Any concerns conveyed to HCL managers will never be addressed. Moreover these ineligible HCL managers never request the local clients to support the deployed employee under the fear of loosing the billing while employee suffers each day. Tired of the harassment at local client, when the employee resigns the job, these same HCL managers threaten the employee to sabotage the employee’s career and force to take back the resignation. In case the employee goes ahead with the decision of quitting, he/she will be further threatened to not provide exit clearance.This includes the HR too. Ultimately they threaten the employee to an extent that the employee will either take back the resignation or will be forced to serve notice period on leave without pay. Full and final settlement will have deductions of the entire notice period salary(90 days). When questioned about the deductions, they promptly respond that the notice period was not served fully, since the employee went on leave without pay.
