good for nothing , this company don't focus on the growth of the career of the individual , even if you are in good domain , their is vast chance that the company will give better opportunities to the employee in the chennai and bengaluru location
Cons
1. No good Pay 2. No focus on individual skill enhancement 3. dont even allow to take a day for learning to the training assigned , if assigned still person has to do the daily task resulting in improper learning . 4. No better appraisal cycle , Company will deduct your bonus and increase your basic pay , then say that we have increased your monthly salary , but ultimately cutting the CTC by 10 percent
