Jacksonville is very cliquish, If you make their favorite supervisor made, then all of leadership is mad at you. They will find a way to fire you if they so please instead of giving you a chance to make improvements. Health is not important to them. You will pay 1400 dollars a month in insurance for your family, and if you use it, then get ready for those co-pays, They offer tuition program, unless you would like to be reimbursed per their SOP. Do not fear! You will not get a pay raise for education acheivements
